• Capacity to Consent to Treatment: Providing guidance and representation for individuals or their substitute decision-makers in disputes about capacity to consent to medical treatment.

• Capacity to Manage Property: Assisting clients in navigating decisions regarding an individual’s ability to manage their finances and property.

• Community Treatment Orders (CTOs): Advising and representing clients in reviews of CTOs to ensure compliance with the law and protection of their rights.

• Transfers Between Facilities: Representing clients in matters involving the transfer of patients between healthcare or long-term care facilities.

• Substitute Decision-Maker Representation: Advising and representing substitute decision-makers to ensure their actions align with legal obligations and the best interests of the individuals they serve.
