Child protection matters often begin with the involvement of the Childrens' Aid Society (CAS).
Child Protection matters could take the form of out of court agreements between parents and the CAS, mediation or in court litigation. We will:

• Communicate with CAS on your behalf

• Provide legal advice on your temporary care Agreement or Voluntary Court Agreement
